Our founder, Sarah Chapman, is a proud graduate with distinction from CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, where she studied positive reinforcement methodologies, dog ethology, learning theory, and behavior problem solving. In addition to her private clients, she volunteers as a dog handler at multiple shelters where she helps to socialize puppies and trains shelter residents both in basic obedience and in reducing certain reactive behaviors.

By combining certified expertise in humane methodologies with continuous research and hands on experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds, we create training plans that enable dog owners to cultivate confident and charming companions. Cool indeed.
